Yes I think so!
Work on scales in one particular key, until you can play those scales
without conscious thought. Then jam along with a recording in that particular
key... ANY recording!
Don't try to learn all the keys at once, take them one at a time.
If you want to work "from the dots", get a flute music excercises book. A
regular "C" chromatic covers the same "range" as a flute.
Within a month you will be able to play in all keys, if you set your mind
to it, and practice every day.
